Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Veridra Computer Technology L.L.C – S.P.C ("Veridra", "we"), a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, collects through veridra.ae, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you type in it: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. Our hosting provider may also record basic technical data, such as your IP address, in standard server logs used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal for your project. We do not use them for marketing lists, and we do not send unsolicited email.

Where it is processed

veridra.ae is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a hosting provider based in the United States. Form submissions are processed and stored on Netlify's infrastructure, which means your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside the UAE. We receive submissions by email and store them in our business mailbox.

Who we share it with

No one, beyond the service providers needed to run the site and our email (such as Netlify and our email provider). We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We would disclose data only if required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain normal business records. If an inquiry becomes a project, related correspondence is kept as part of our business and accounting records for the periods required by UAE law.

Your rights

Under UAE data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on the request as the law allows.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
